"Miracle workers!! Our three-year-old twins, who are usually pretty shy, went in for their checkups today. It was the most positive and stress-free appointment ever!! The staff is so supportive and encouraging and they made it easy for the boys to feel comfortable in their presence. They went back to the exam area on their own and sat through their checkups without any issues. The hygienists are masters of their craft and were able to get thorough cleanings and X-rays without a problem. Dr. Dachman is a very hands-on pediatric dentist and knew exactly how to approach the boys and gain their trust and cooperation. He kept me informed throughout the appointment and then gave a very detailed and thorough assessment of their current dental needs. The office is comfortable, clean, and inviting and the entire staff is absolutely amazing. Their attention to detail and open communication are exactly what I want when entrusting my children to a healthcare provider. "A friend recommended them to us after our old dentist retired. I only have good things to say. The staff was so kind welcoming and patient as they answered all my questions and walked me through everything. The hygienists and assistants were so kind to my kids and made them feel comfortable. One son has major anxiety (he’s been to the ER a number of times and had surgery) and they helped him feel confident and he had no problems!!! The dentist himself just blew me away. Even when he was super busy he listened to my concerns with my son's bite and he explained things to me so I could understand, he shared his opinions, and gave context so I could form my own.
